Job Title / Role TIBCO Architect – SOA & BPM

Job Requirements / Technical Skills Required

• He/she should have at least 7 years of industry experience.
• Should have completed at least 2 EAI / SOA / BPM projects, minimum of one year duration each, in an Architect Role.
• Proficient in design / architecture for EAI / ESB / SOA / BPM projects, proven experience in previous projects involving TIBCO technologies such as TIBCO iProcess suite, Business Works, EMS, TIB / RV, Hawk, Adapters
• Expertise in SOA, ESB and BPM technologies in general and specifically with respect to the TIBCO platform
• Expertise on Complex Event Processing, Master data management will be an advantage
• Should have worked on consulting / strategy / assessment engagements
• Excellent communication skills and experience leading large (8-10 people) technical teams.
• Excellent customer interfacing and consultancy skills
• Expertise in design patterns
• Experience in SDLC methodologies such as RUP
Role & Responsibilities


• Design and Develop the architecture for EAI & BPM projects involving TIBCO technologies such as TIBCO iProcess suite, Business Works, EMS, TIB / RV, Hawk, Adapters
• Prepare Design and Architecture documents
• Recommend end to end technical solutions
• Guide a team of technical leads and senior developers
•
