Job Description
Role & Responsibilities

? Manage high visibility projects
? Propose solutions
? Define project plan
? Monitor and report progress against scheduled targets/milestones at agreed timelines
? Mentor and guide the team towards the project goals through training and hands-on coaching.
? Meet delivery commitments as per agreed SLA’s
? Work with multiple stakeholders (on side and customer side) to arrive at solution and issue resolution
Required Candidate Profile
Profile:
Around 9-10 years of experience in SDLC with experience in one or more lifecycle models

Skills:
? Good interpersonal skills to work effectively across the teams
? Should be able to communicate well with the Clients as well as peers across geographies
? Possess fair Risk management skill
? Should have experience in managing at least one project end to end
? Should have worked in virtual teams
? Should be able to manage a team of 6 to 10 resources




Technical Skills Required
[Include languages, OS, Platform skills required]
? Exposure to leading Operating Systems
? Understanding of various design models and programming paradigms
? Experience in using tools for Project Management, Progress Tracking, Status Reporting

Specific Domain/Technical/Functional skills

Could be one of the following
- Wireless, Datacom, Optical Networks, Intelligent Networks, VoIP, Switching Systems
- Telecom Service Provider Applications
- WAP Gateway, Bluetooth Solutions, VLSI/ System Design, OS / Platform Technologies
- B2B/ B2C/Mobile commerce/ Web Security, CRM/SCM/ ERP, Datawarehousing, Client Server/Mainframe
- IT Infrastructure
- Sales & Marketing, HR/Recruitment, Quality /Administration
- Others
- Others

Knowledge of core banking domain is an added advantage
